The apple diet is a 5-day diet that consumes 1200 calories per day or less. As you may have guessed, this low-calorie diet includes several whole apples. Advocates of this diet claim that 5 apples per day can help with weight loss and improve your overall health.

1) Day 1
A person can only eat apples on the first day of the apple diet. On other days, apples make up the majority of the diet. However, you can eat other fruits and veggies as well. It is forbidden to consume more than 1200 calories in a single day during these five days.

2) Day 2
For breakfast, an apple and soy milk or skimmed milk are recommended. Lunch includes an apple, green salad and two carrots. You must also eat 2 apples at night.
Your body will get many nutrients from the apple diet if you eat lots of vegetables on the second day.
The diet also includes good fats like olive oil, which are beneficial to the body. Keep in mind, however, that you will need to drink more water during this diet so that your body can stay hydrated.

3) Day 3
For breakfast, you will need one apple, one multi-grain bread, and an omelet. Lunch: An apple, cucumber, tomato and onion with salt, pepper, chili, mint, salt, and sugar. You can also have 1 cup of low-fat yogurt as snacks, and 1 cup apple salad or apple and lentils for dinner.
The day of the Apple Diet is also known as Protein Day. This day, your day begins with a good source of protein. Vegetarians can eat milk in place of eggs if they eat vegetables. Salad will fill you up and yogurt will help with digestion. Eat an apple or protein-rich food for dinner. Be careful not to eat too much and make sure you drink plenty of water.

4) Day 4
For breakfast, a smoothie with apple and Kale and for lunch, a salad of apple and grilled vegetables. After lunch, a bowl with watermelon or orange. Evening green tea with 1 apple, beetroot, and cereal smoothie.
Kale smoothies in the morning can help you lose weight, and will keep your stomach fuller for longer periods of time. You will get all the nutrients from vegetables during lunch. Your digestive system will also benefit from fruits, green tea, and other foods. This is making it easier to lose weight.

5) Day 5
Breakfast: 1 apple, boiled egg, or 1 apple and gourd juice. Lunch 1 apple with grilled vegetables, or 1 apple with veg soup. After Lunch, 2 Badas or Evening Snacks includes 1 cup of Green Tea with a Digestive Biscuit. You can choose to have a dinner with baked fish, asparagus, and an apple or with kidney beans, capsicum, and an apple.
You must eat fruits, vegetables and other healthy foods on this day. This will help your body recall the diet it ate the previous days, and keep you on track with weight loss. This day, the right diet will not cause your metabolism to slow down and will not make you feel weak.
